Purpose and Rationale

This qualification prepares learners to operate as Learning and Development Practitioners, capable of designing, delivering, and evaluating learning interventions in occupational contexts. It supports South Africa’s national priorities for skills development, inclusive growth, and employment creation.

Practitioners will be able to:
