Vincent Mokoena is the Project & Operations Manager at Shuttleworth Academy, where he leads the execution of learnerships and skills programmes with a strong emphasis on compliance, quality, and operational excellence. With a solid background as an ETQA Specialist, Vincent brings deep insight into education quality assurance, enabling him to navigate the complexities of SETA and QCTO frameworks with precision.

As Shuttleworth Academy’s SETA liaison, he oversees all compliance processes—ensuring smooth registration and accreditation for learnerships and skills programmes across diverse sectors. He is responsible for preparing and managing SETA submissions, maintaining accurate Learnership Status Reports, and ensuring that facilitator and assessor documentation adheres to both internal and client-specific standards.

Vincent’s expertise spans end-to-end programme implementation, accreditation applications, quality assurance audits, and learner engagement logistics. He also plays a key role in the improvement of internal Quality Management Systems, supporting seamless operations from project initiation to final assessment.

In her role as Web Development Manager, Jasmine manages the Academy’s digital platforms and online presence, drawing on her training in WordPress and web development to deliver user-friendly, high-performance digital experiences that reflect the Academy’s values of accessibility and innovation.

As Client Relations Manager, she builds and maintains long-standing partnerships through personalised support, effective communication, and a solutions-focused approach. This relationship management is complemented by her strategic work as Sales Manager, where she drives sustainable business growth and aligns services with evolving market demands.

Jasmine is also a certified Coach, trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, which she uses to guide individuals and teams toward personal and professional growth. Her coaching practice supports clients in overcoming challenges, setting clear goals, and enhancing performance.

With a strong foundation in law and business management, Tshepang brings a detailed, structured, and professional approach to her work.

Previously, she contributed as a Branding and Assessor Intern at NPI Shuttleworth Academy, where she gained practical experience in team collaboration, learner evaluation, and compliance assurance. Tshepang also served as the Project Coordinator for Shuttleworth Academy’s bespoke leadership development programme, focused on enhancing student leadership skills across SRC, PAL, and WPM groups.

Tshepang is known for her analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills—qualities that align with Shuttleworth Academy’s commitment to excellence in education and skills development.

She also does coaching for one of the programmes NPISA offers which is Neuro Life Review which offers career, financial and emotional counselling for the learners hosted at NPISA. This programme helps with emotional intelligence and assists one with dealing with conflict effectively at the workplace.

NPISA offered her with a broad perspective of the work environment as she does branding of the course material for the various courses offered at NPISA. I would like to broaden my skills to not only do what I studied but also broaden my knowledge on BEE, ETQA and what learnerships entail and provide for client and individual.

Jennifer began her career in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, managing both prescription and consumer product portfolios. She later transitioned into the technology space, where she managed a video communications business and specialised in customer engagement, operational alignment, and digital enablement, working with platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, monday.com, and ClickUp.

Her cross-functional experience has equipped her with deep insight into human capital strategy, systems thinking, and team optimisation.

Jennifer is formally trained through a COMENSA-accredited coaching programme and is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
