- Description:In this workout we will learn about a practical tool in decision-making called self-block. The purpose of this tool, which sounds counterintuitive, is to be used when we have a fear of withdrawing from a decision or goal. In order to keep us focused on the main target, this tool will be used to block paths that could divert our attention.
- Leading Games: Blocker.
Blocker is a two-player strategy game. Players are presented with various dilemmas that require them to make decisions, manage their resources, and decide when to act. The key to winning the game is identifying the critical path and using (limited) resources effectively.

Identifying Anchors
- Description: This workout will focus on the tool: Identifying Anchors. Anchors are an essential key in situations where we are required to make a decision, plan, or solve a problem. In situations where uncertainty is great, the anchor will guide us and help scatter the uncertainty and fog. Uncertainty or fog is a situation where what was obvious a moment ago is now in doubt, and the main difficulty is the inability to carry out a plan. Within dynamic reality, the anchor will remain stable and won’t change.

As they progress, the levels become more challenging and more complex. The game is characterized by problems requiring high analytical skills and the identification of anchors that lead to conclusions and finally a solution
