📘 Qualification Rules
The qualification is structured into three components:
Knowledge Modules (80 credits):
- Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management
Practical Skills Modules (100 credits):
- Initiating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects
Work Experience Modules (60 credits):
- Real-world exposure to project initiation, planning, execution, control, and close-out processes
