✅ Purpose and Rationale
This qualification empowers learners to understand and apply the principles of Organisational Transformation and Change Management (OT&CM) within the context of South Africa’s evolving workplace. It supports the development of effective employees, employers, and consultants who can lead transformation initiatives aligned with national legislation and democratic values.
The programme responds to the demand for structured learning in OT&CM, especially in areas such as Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Corporate Social Responsibility. 📘 Qualification Rules
To achieve the qualification, learners must complete:
- Fundamental Component (31 credits):
- Workplace communication and foundational skills
- Core Component (76 credits):
- Functional competencies in transformation, change management, diversity, and complexity theory
- Elective Component (Minimum 20 credits):
- Specialist areas such as HR practice, consulting, facilitation, and organisational development
